I am Ruchi Khosla, a dedicated integrative nutrition coach, having graduated from the renowned Institute for Integrative Nutrition (IIN New York). My journey of empowerment didn’t stop there; I expanded my horizons by becoming a certified yoga therapist through Yoga Alliance USA. In pursuit of a holistic approach to wellness, I also earned the title of a certified nutritionist from CSNN Canada, equipping me with a diverse skill set.

With a fervent passion for promoting well-being, I am committed to aiding individuals in their healing journeys. My unique fusion of integrative nutrition, yoga therapy, and nutrition expertise enables me to offer comprehensive support to those seeking transformative change.
